Added the ability to destroy doors! With "gman_doorprops 1" he will create a prop for the door. If set to 0 he will just remove it!

- Added a ConVar ( "gman_chatmassage") Set it to "0" ( "gman_chatmassage 0") to disable those chat massage when he kills you! Set it to 1 to enable them ( They are enabled by default, so you won't need to).

- When "ai_disabled" (Disable Thinking) and/or ai_ignoreplayers (Ignore Players) are set to 1 he won't chase you!
