Nerfed certain ideas to a more balanced level, and recolored the unit cloths. Other minor fixes.

Made naturally compatible with other countries and most other mods. Mods that add countries that use this countries provinces will always be uncompatible, but anything else should work. Mods that add decisions, events, national ideas, entire countries, and so on should always work for now on. Will never be compatible with extended timeline (but will work with the separate extended timeline map mod), unless I add a decision that lets all countries become the UFC by getting certain provinces and other smaller requirements.

Added historical rivals of Hungry, Poland, and Austria. Switched historical friends of England to Albania. Great Britain is still historical friend. Changed historical units and historical idea groups to be more accurate/ to make the A.I. pattern better. Added requirement of 200 administrative power to switch governments, but only takes 100-120 away. Made A.I. more likely to switch to a monarchy if smaller than 17 provinces, or more likely to become a full on republic if bigger than a 40 provinces. The importance of either decision for A.I. is very low. Fixed army name glitch, with the big A with squigle on top and a C in a circle, to be spelt like it is for any other army in game, armee. Switched vassizaltion of Salzburg to Albania. Compatibility with saved games is 100%. Army name glitch will not be fixed unless a new army is made or you start a new game. Existing armys will still have broken names. Updated pictures to show the newer version of the mod, and I added more to give more information.

Lowered tech cost decrease from 50% to 40%. Fixed weird name bug partly.

Changed the in game name of the UFC. The official name is still The United Federation of Civilizations, but the in game name will be United Federation so the name can fit on the hud nicely. No more will Civilizations glitch through the government type on the diplomacy menu! It also make the name look better on the map. Also made compatible with NR Religions new decisions.

Updated to 1.13. Also increased starting development to be closer to England, but the fort level being closer to Spain. This is a development boost from 220 to 287, and a fort boost from 3 to 7. Changed defensiveness effect from a national idea from +25 to +20. Added 2 more forts at the beginning. Also added about 2-4 temples around. Increasing development also increased the building slots you can use now. Increasing development also increased both naval and force size limit, including max manpower. This doesn't mean taking on Hungry or Ottomans is any easier, I've tested.

Twecked ideas again, but very slightly. Took out the three songs from chinese culture to use in the future music packs. Also put in one new song to make up for that. (It was actually always in. I just never noticed it didn't play.) Because of the three songs being taken out, the size of the mod has decreased, meaning faster download and game load times. Took out extra unneeded coding and renamed some files.

Fixed errors involving spelling. Changed the name of Unity Traditions to Unitfied Traditions. Nerfed some ideas slightly, others moderately. Changed descriptions of most ideas, and the names of some.

Updated successfully to the latest version of EU4. Added two new songs of Chinese culture for war. Fixed bug where war songs played during peace.
