Tweaked national ideas for balancing. Removed royal marriage with Serbia because republics don't allow royal marriages. Changed Government type to Merchant Republic, but have a decision to change to a Feudal Monarchy. Changed capital to Graz. Compatibility with saved games unknown.

No royal marriage or alliance is Lithuania. Venice is no longer in a union. Salzburg is a vassal. Relations where switch around for balancing reasons and to make it harder to start/win wars as you begin the game as it was too easy before. Compatablity with saves is unknown
