Update to reflect map name change in game.

Version 1.3
Water surrounding Singapore now flows. The implemented system is imperfect as some water spawning and draining spots are really obvious and unnatural, but at least it works. Dams are not recommended to be used as a power source, but should not flood your city (except for the initial flash flood after placement).

Version 1.2.1
The last version was corrupted for some reason during the upload. If you experience any map corruption, please unsubscribe, restart the game, then subscribe again to force a redownload of the map file.

+ Softened all edges of map
+ Added highway ramp in starting tile
+ Elevated AYE expressway in starting tile
+ Fixed broken railway connection linking to starting tile
+ Removed a whole bunch of trees in M'sia so you can plant much more in SG
+ Water in the Singapore River now flows (might overrun bank, leave it to stabilize)
