Version 1.0.2 - Update & Bugfix

Updates to Stellaris v4.0.22, incorporating new syntax for district_max_add. The mod will now work with 4.0.22.

- Fixed many colonial buildings not appearing in default zone. Duplicated resource-based buildings so they will show up in resource districts as well
- Fixed an issue that prevented these buildings from being destroyed properly
- Sinkhole Causes and the ensuing investigation project are now an event chain to help clarify some tooltips
- Sprawling Slums have been capped at a max of 6 per world and now also take into account the 4.0 unemployment/amenity scale, which should cut down on them for the player and also help the AI a bit
- New Prospects will no longer fire on Relic or Tomb Worlds as they are not new, so to speak
- Dangerous Wildlife events will no longer fire on pre-FTL or Fallen Empire worlds
- Fixed a number of issues with the Wenkwort modifiers and event chain
- Fixed a tooltip in Collapsed Superhighway
- Scrap Mountain now provides the correct number of jobs
- Subterranean Gas Lake now correctly modifies technician alloy upkeep
- Duplicated all loc folders into other languages to prevent placeholder loc tags from showing in those languages

Hotfix v1.0.1

- Hotfix to Crumbling Mountains so lithoids are no longer getting a 1000+ unity upkeep at game start due to a missing 4.0 compatibility fix
- Fixed Urban Power Plants showing a negative upkeep modifier. Cost of living in urban areas is now a factor
- Fixed a loc bug on New Prospects
