Reworks:
- Dev rework for the Roman Empire in all start dates, making managing civic competence easier
- Sub-Roman culture conversion to historical cultures post-WRE collapse rework, adding/editing Helleno-Roman, - - Germano-Roman, Sardino-Roman, Romansh, Dalmatian, Pannonian, Aromanian, Caledonian, Hibernian, African, and Mauritanian
- Removed Aquitan, Helvetian, Iberian and Galecian
- Cultures will slowly turn to a Roman sub-culture (dependent on the region) if they match certain requirements
- Reworked tributaries, including adding a new type called foederati between Romans and tribals that pays no tribute but auto-joins all suzerain wars
- Non de jure is more punishing and empires don't count as full de jure for dukes / counts

Adjustments:
- Adjustments and edits in Arabia to Kindites, Hubalists, Ebionites, Christians, and others
- Trait and stat adjustments for Chandragupta II, John the Cappadocian, Khosrau I, Theodohad, Gelimer, Constans II, and Constantine III
- Updated the map to match the vanilla one
- Added Church of the East
- The 'Abandon Britannia' decision can only be taken if you control less than 90% of the continental Western Roman Empire
- Changed the de-jure capital of the Roman Empire to Constantinople and added a decision to go back to Rome (enabled with the larp gamerule)
