Balance:
+Dodging pauses reload time instead of resetting it
+Can reload while taunting
-Uspecial and Dspecial end early if you get parried
-Dspecial ends upon dying
+Ftilt's primary hitbox widened and shifted backwards
+Dstrong's hitboxes moved slightly further apart
+Added a weak hitbox on the ends of Fstrong and Bair

Fixes:
Better method of recoloring Dspecial if multiple Bandit's are present
Fixed alt Uspecial granting invincibility during playtest
Fixed Fair's projectile sometimes spawning despite Fair using the non-projectile variant

Misc:
CPU Bandit is slightly more trigger-happy
Compatibility added with Wily Castle and Mamizou Futatsuiwa
