Panspermia has been nerfed:
- No longer spawns fleshlings of any kind.
- Overcharging the blood vessel now spawns half a red heart and consumes all the blood.
- Fixed an issue where blood could be obtained from the same whip damage.
- The description has been changed from "Assimilation" to "Blood Vessel" as it no longer assimilates anything.

General:

Heaven’s Call now requires Repentogon.

Added re-sprites and reanimations to almost all bosses (excluding for now Luna and The Errant).

Added a general rework and boss difficulty levels (normal, attuned, and ascended) to all bosses (excluding for now Luna and The Errant).

Added ‘The Tower of Babel’ challenge, a boss rush type challenge with 4 difficulty levels (normal, attuned, ascended and radiant).

Added True Solar System challenge, a challenge where all collectibles are Lil Moons.

Added Double-or-Nothing mode on Astral Challenge, activating this mode increases the boss difficulty to ascended and gives Isaac a Holy Mantle, the boss will drop an extra item on defeat, don’t get hit or you lose both. Needs to be unlocked by beating ‘The Tower of Babel’ in ascended difficulty.

Added Ceres the Cauterized.

Added Saturn .

Added Sol the Absolute.

A demo of Sol the Absolute boss battle can be found at the top of the Tower of Babel on ascended difficulty or by beating two Astral Challenges in a single run and going to Chapter 6 through the blue chest. This battle currently gives no new ending or unlocks. There is currently no way to force the spawning of the rooms, so there is no reliable way of finding Sol in a normal run yet (unless you are playing Andromeda).

Added the following collectibles: The Hyperdice, Space Jam, Asteroid Belt, Herald’s Stallion, Panspermia, Theia, Rocket Engine, Stellar Battery, Mothership, Golden Telescope, Quasar, Red Shovel, Picatrix, Mochi and Lil Sol.

Added the following trinkets: Void Matter, Bismuth Penny, Fervent Incense, Bad Apple, Nanite, Broken Battery, Golden Gear, Clay Brick, Neptune's Lure, Lunar Crown, Fine Tuning and i. All of these (except for Void Matter) need to be unlocked by no-hitting their corresponding boss on radiant difficulty in the arena mode in the Tower of Babel challenge.

Added the following pickups: Void Penny, Void Bomb, Void Key, Void Heart, Void Battery, Bismuth and Glass Heart.

Added the following pill effects: ‘Balls Up’, ‘Balls Down’, ‘Clairvoyance’, ‘Clarivoyance’ and ‘Marshmallow!?’; with their respective horse pill effects.

Added a few new Lil Moon familiars.

Added unlocks for beating ‘Escape the Everchanger’ challenge (Curse of the wanderer and Marshmallow!? pill effect)

Astral bosses can now appear as Greed Mode challenge bosses, defeating one will turn the Devil Room into a Lunar Pact one.

Added Little Titan Beggar, needs to be unlocked by defeating an astral boss in Greed Mode.

Telescopes can now give item sparks of T.Mars and T.Saturn.

Devil’s Crown and Lunar Crown turn Planetariums into Void Planetariums, which contain a Retrograde Planetarium item inside.

Evil Charm now also protects the player from time distortion attacks from Saturn, The Errant, and Sol, and radiation from Terra.



Changes:
Astral Statue now spawns 10-15 pickups when bombed (increased from 6-10).
Astral Challenge no longer appears on challenges that don’t spawn Treasure Rooms.
The chance for an Errant Astral Challenge after using the Red Key has been adjusted to 0.6%.
Tainted Planetarium's name syntax has been changed from “<planet name>?” to “Retrograde <planet name>”.
Changed all Tainted Planetarium’s sprites for ‘more unique’ ones.
T.Venus’s candle now requires only 12 kills to trigger.
T.Venus candle friends now have a small chance of spawning a Blaze Heart on death, even if they aren’t executed.
T.Mars no longer gains charge while its effect is active.
T.Mars now always minimizes your speed to 0.1.
T.Neptunus’ black hole chance now caps at 30%.
Blaze Hearts now show on HUD and protect from damage when destroyed.
The chest or void portal will now only spawn if the floor is unlocked and the Isaac has the Polaroid or Negative.
Lunar Pacts that require Broken Hearts no longer subtract red health from Isaac.
‘Escape the Everchanger’ challenge now needs to be unlocked by dying to the Everchanger in the challenge ‘Tower of Babel’.
The Everchanger AI now dynamically detects if Isaac is behind a pillar.


Bug fixes:
Fixed a room reload when loading rooms at the beginning of a floor.
Fixed StageAPI not letting HC music tracks play.
Fixed T.Mercurius and T.Mars kill callbacks being flawed.
Fixed an issue where T.Jupiter did not function properly if two players had the item.
Fixed T.Terra apples being ungrabbable during their growth animation.
Fixed T.Jupiter removing prices from shop batteries.
Fixed T.Jupiter loop detection not being perfect.
Reimplemented time stop method, should now be a lot less laggy and work with most entities.
Fixed all Telescopes in a room exploding when one does.
Fixed some of Luna’s projectiles being blocked by non-defensive familiars.
Fixed the Astral Statue not giving the appropriated rewards when destroyed in chapter 5.
Fixed Lunar Pact not accounting for temporary The Lost states, such as Soul of The Lost and Tainted Jacob.
Fixed Lunar Pact room turning all item pedestals into Lunar Pacts, even those that should not, like dropped active items.


Compatibilities & Interactions:
Time Machine: Telescopes and Little Titan Beggar are affected by the speed boost.
Tainted Treasure: Tainted Planetariums can now appear inside the tainted treasure room (optional).
Tainted Treasure: The Hyperdice can roll ‘tainted treasure rooms’.
Rune Rooms: The Hyperdice can roll ‘rune rooms’.
Dark Vaults: The Hyperdice can roll ‘dark vaults’.
Andromeda: The Hyperdice can roll ‘abandoned planetariums’.
Andromeda: Gravity Shift can now turn Challenge rooms into Astral challenge, this can only be done once per run per type.
The Future: Astral Challenge now has a 40% chance of spawning in The Future.
Revelations: Red Shovel can go to Glacier and Tomb.
Exodus: Red Shovel can go to Eden.
Last Judgement: Red Shovel can go to Mortis.
Fall from Grace: Red Shovel can go to Boiler and Grotto.
Epiphany: Void Coin gilds items, turning them into their golden variants.
Fiend Folio: Void Coin gilds slot machines, turning them into their golden variant.
Fiend Folio: Added Retrograde Planetariums trial disc.
Boss Butch: Venus can summon candle Dust Devil.
Eternal Edition: Astral bosses can be eternal with a 35% chance. Eternal bosses increase by one difficulty level (Eternal ascended bosses are no different from regular ascended).
Vanilla: Void and Abyss also create the Quasar disintegration effect.


Removed:
Removed Mod Config Menu compatibility, replaced with Dead Sea Scrolls.
Removed those Monstone files.
Removed alternative Uranus Skin (I've grown as a person and realized that those who are scared of butts deserve no rights).
Removed Luna’s puzzle from ‘Escape the Everchanger’ challenge because it sucked ass.
Removed Venus arms (No, this is not a reference to the Venus de Milo, wait no, I mean, yes, this is obviously a reference to the Venus de Milo (god i'm so smart /j)).


Notes:
Most of the non-boss additions (like collectibles) are unlocks of Sol, which will need to be unlocked in the full update.
