- utilt startup increased
- uair sweetspot knockback increased
- uair now has angle flipper
- bair landing lag decreased
- bair sourspot now has angle flipper
- fixed a bug where Venus wouldn't gain invincibility on the first frame of her counter being active
- (hopefully) fixed a bug where triggering but whiffing Venus' counter would cause her opponent to fly into the upper atmosphere
