A few more fixes for some pain points of the region:

Some new spawns for snails in the barnacle area.
A Jetfish spawns on the lake area now.
More rooms have been classed as performance heavy (so the region should be a bit less laggy after spending some time in it now).
Music has been tweaked so the arps play at a higher threat (makes it a bit less annoying).
