the warp map (visible when sleeping or from the regions menu) now displays gate connections between discovered regions.

hud now always displays karma when in a region gate room.

region gates no longer check the player's ripple level, since that was mostly meant as a stopgap to make it less annoying that you couldn't see your karma.
