+Ftilt 1 scaling change reverted .2 -> 0 (should help it connect better into ftilt 2)
+Fair scaling increased from .7 -> .75
+Poison now covers piranha plant

NERFS
-Ftilt 1 has a hitstun multiplier of .8 now

-Ftilt 1 now has 0.2 scaling (this should make ftilt 1 less combo into imagination tool in later percents)


BUFFS
+Ftilt 1 cancel window decreased from 5 -> 3 (this helps it connect better since now it has slight scaling)

FIXES
~Dspecial now has a hitpause check
~Ustrong can no longer go off plats
