- Dynamic Hammer, Breaching shotgun and Bolt Cutter moved to SupportGear3 options
- Patrol Demo doctrine upgrade now effects Dynamic Hammer, Breaching shotgun and Bolt Cutter
- Lockpick available to Linguists, Troop SFC and Troop SGT
- IFAK (Utility) changed to LBT Blow-out Kit, has weight penalty.
- New Roll 1 IFAK added, available to patrol medics, troop SFM and Troop SGT. Has no weight penalty.

Details
- Every operator can now carry a breaching tool + SupportGear1 (Specialist skill set item, such as fire support or explosive breaching equipment.
- SupportGear1 is now treated as the "Backpanel middle" primarily meant for specialist tools
- SupportGear2 is now treated as "Belt slot"
- SupportGear3 is now treated as the "Backpanel side" primarily meant for mechanical or ballistic breaching tools.
- Muzzle Before Flesh now added, thanks to Lukewarm Coffee for permission.

Some localization and other background issues fixed.

SIG MCX Rattler can now have Romeo 8T w/G33 Magnifier attached.
