Added:
-Game Rules to determine the success of the Maelys and Aegon V/Summerhall hatching events.
^- Summerhall is especially fun now because you can get anywhere from 2-7 dragons from it.
-Added a game rule to determine if Maelys will even attempt his dragon egg hatching, giving you an extra two eggs to steal if he doesn't.
-Added a game rule to determine the success chance of Dragon Hatching ceremonies
-Added a feature to dudify (made a pedestal item instead of a trinket) all dragon eggs picked up on the map while the dragons are extinct.
Fixes:
-Fixed the AI illegally getting dragon eggs
-Fixed dragons being hatched from the ceremony or from Summerhall not getting the destined trait
