2.5.7 release

Very few changes - Sorry if you were expecting something bigger than this. I'm really short on time (I probably shouldn't even be doing this right now... I've got two projects that need to be finished by tomorrow). If you want to see regular releases and have the skills, consider helping out on GitHub! Submit a pull request with your changes and I'll review them when I get the chance.

- Fixed compatibility with Adv Duplicator 2
- Added Gamemode Changer (WIP - don't rely on it)
- Tweaked English localisation
- Updated file headers

Additionally, this update was delayed by multiple development projects and a 200 page report on the feasibilty and implementation of another. This update was backported out of a lost build that I didn't bother pushing to GitHub.

The Gamemode Changer was the big problem here - it required a small redesign of the Server Settings module internals - for the better. A few bugs were discovered in the creation of the menu which should prevent any future errors upon creation of the menu.

If any bugs are found within the week, I'll try my best to fix them by the end of the next day. As many of you know, I can't always keep my schedule together, let alone organised, so don't be too surprised if I miss the deadlines.

Even though I have tested this release as thoroughly as I can, expect a few remaining bugs that I will address in patch releases over the next few days. Make sure to report bugs ASAP. I can't fix things without bug reports.
