- quick adjustments to the intro animation timing

- added intro animation (the sfx and color of the teleport rune are randomly set per-stage)
- added po & gumbo support

- fixed minor portrait issue

- touched up the colors/shading for the insect alt to have lighter shading and be more accurate to the game

- lowered pratland time (16 -> 14)

- increased the hsp cap for grounded down special (4 -> 5)

- jumping off bike by inputting up now only works if tap jump is enabled

- enabling the higher travelling version of up strong now checks for when strong charge is greater than or equal to 15 and not just equal to 15

- edited taunt animation

- down special can now be walljump cancelled during the multihit
- added a 0.85x hitstun multiplier to the multihit of down special
- fixed an issue with the untechable properties of down special's multihit

- neutral special's bike slam will no longer break the bike if urotsuki doesn't actually make contact with it

- hopefully fixed a bug where forward special's motorcycle helmet would appear when hit out of other moves

- opponents can no longer walltech out of the non-initial hits of forward strong
- increased base knockback for the initial hit of forward strong (3 -> 5)

- changed dash attack initial hit angle (55 -> 50)

- increased the hurtbox size of up tilt's 2nd hit
