- added finished tag

- updated the sprites for forward special/the helmet to make the goggles more accurate to the effect's in-game sprites when not viewed from the side
- fixed the landing dust for bike being too far back
- fixed a visual bug where hitting a non-player object while getting hit off bike would spawn multiple helmets
