-Reworked IRST. It now has the ability to track players and tanks.
There is an inner and outer zone dependent on temperature.
Keeping the target near the center will make the seeker more accurate and help track. It will now get more accurate over time.

-Increased ground clutter factor for all forms of radar

-Updated search radars to properly use Cframe. Slight math optimizations for search and track radars.

-Swapped out the Sakr-10 model with a model made by Golem

-Though still WIP, NPCs now have the ability to use SWEPs.

-Improved lag compensation of SWEPs

-Increased the size of the two largest B6 engines

-Fixed a bug where semi-auto guidance was not able to lose a locked track

-Increased reload of javelin missile. Slightly increased explosion power.

-Fixed countermeasures. They were broken in the update to cframe. They'll now work against missiles.
-Made chaff work against tracking radars to help planes break radar lock and survive

-Increased the size of the ECM cone
-Allowed ECM to jam missile radars reducing the range they can detect missiles
-Allow ECM to jam various types of missile guidance (Radar, GPS, SACLOS, Beam-riding, etc) degrading their tracking quality.

-Added HE GLATGMs
-Added cluster HEAT

-Removed tracer from AT-4s and gave them a flatter trajectory. Buffed AT-4T Pen but reduced velocity.
-Reduced javelin lock time

-Add contraption ID to search radars

-Buffed GLATGM Maneuverability

-Radar missiles now get ground clutter from water
-Added detecting anti-missile radars to rwr
-Slight nerf to hellfire missile turnrate and to harpoon seekers
-Added radar seeker to tomahawk missile and kalibr
