oops i messed up copying files again

fix disabled/removed mods with custom meows still being loaded, causing no meow sound

screwed up the easter egg :skull:

oops forgot to add vultu in the modinfo.json authors list

2 updates:
1.1.1 - add saint meow, add slugpup meowing
1.2.0 - add translations, add slugpup ai

fixed 1.1 :)

reverting to 1.0.1 while i fix some goofy ahh issues that appeared just after upload

oops changed mod ver to 1.1 and made it appear

1.1 - add custom meow support for custom slugcats, small bugfixes n tweaks, add a bunch of settings, massively clean up code

meowing underwater now drains lung air and also makes bubbles
