God, why? The AtE devs changed a file that I never even touched, and it broke the map. I've spent the last two days fixing it bit by bit until I finally found the issue. The map is now finally fixed. I'm sorry if this corrupts your saves, but it will greatly improve performance.

Fixed Americanist clothing conflicting with Cowboy clothing.

Changes to Faiths:

Added a new sci-fi faith based on BioShock.
Reworked a Veteranic faith to be based on We Happy Few.
Moved the Red Wave from Portland to Seattle and added a new tenet and unique doctrine for this faith.
Added a new tenet for the Ferengi.
Made all unused faith icons available to custom religions.
Changed holy sites for Rules of Acquisition, Warriors of Mars, Manifest of Democracy, Red Wave, and Academy for the Future.
All faiths with Communal Possessions will now see each other as Astray.
Close Encounters of the Threat Kind no longer sends pilgrims to Svalbard first.
Deus Ex Metalli was moved one county over and now starts on the map, so they can last longer with their new setting.
Changed gender rules for Roadrunners.

Changes to the Map:

Added unique High Republic titles for New York, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Santarém, so they no longer use generic titles.
Added an extra barony to Washington to avoid conflicts between Arlington National Cemetery and the Pentagon when using America the Buildiful.
Fixed duchy buildings not being located in the capital county of their respective duchies.
Changed many starting governments across Middle America.
Rearranged provinces in French Guiana, Kentucky, Texas, Yucatán, and South Brazil.
Made adjustments to starting factions in Amazonia, Arkansas, Cascadia, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, Texas, Central Brazil, and South Brazil.
The Caudillazgo is now kingdom-tier to prevent them from accepting vassalization offers.

Changes to Artifacts:

Fixed an issue where the artifact decision wouldn't trigger an event for some Force Adept characters.
Boosted artifact stats.
Fixed the Astronomicon artifact being categorized as a court artifact instead of an inventory one.
Crafting a sci-fi artifact is now limited to one per year.
Added notifications about the outcomes of the artifact crafting system.

Changes to Graphics:

Added unique images for all Men-at-Arms.
The Legate's Helmet (Lanius mask), Legionnaire's Helmet, and Laurel Wreath are now tied to the Parabellum tenet.
The Legionnaire's Helmet is now regulated by gender rules.
The Legate's Helmet is given to deformed characters.
The Laurel Wreath is given to the Head of Faith.
The Canadia Helmet with the white mask is now tied to a tenet; only the We Happy Few faith starts with this tenet.

Changes to Cultures:

Added origin stories for all cultures in this submod.
Added a Neo-Roman culture, created by the Legion when they form the Imperium of Mars after conquering California via the Cross the Colorado decision.

Other:

MANY TITLES WILL NOW SELF-DESTRUCT IF YOU OWN AN EQUAL TIER TITLE, as they are symbolic or meant to be temporary. If you have any opinions on this mechanic, let me know.
Changed the flavorization of High Republics.
Added an event to destroy Vault City and Rapture if you don’t own Colorado Springs or Atlantic City, respectively.
The SoCal War for the Governorate now triggers via military action rather than yearly.
Baja’s vengeful son starts with an extra 1000 soldiers, but only if AI-controlled.
The Jedi Order can now join California to defend against Baja without restrictions.
Restored the Presidency election cycle.
Many bugs fixed.
