Fixed fire resistance on the improved berserk from skills. Should be ignite resist to prevent burning not fire.
Dealer now correctly extends duration if you an item while already under the effect.

Reworked berserk. Level 2 now improves chance of activating Berserk on gib and lets you use grenades but doesn't extend duration if berserk, level 3 now does the extended berserk effect.

Ghost gun now comes with a range accuracy penalty that improves with higher levels to offset the massive damage early. Also fixes the special case interaction with Void which wasn't working as intended.

Inmate now also starts with a Stimpack
