MOC 1.02 version released!
1) new duchy capital building is available - Theodosian Wall with higher than level 2 MOC;
2) some numerical adjustments
3) now only level 2 MOC has building gold reduce, but well the value is very huge

MOC 1.01 version released!
1) now province already owning a special building slot can also build MOC. Now no worry about London, Paris and so on!
2) now player with high level MOC can click decision to recruit a team of Varangians Guard (High attribute heavy infantry and almost counter everything in double efficiency)
