fixed ascent sequence track and the ultra harbingers/beast boss theme

fixed ultra greed's theme as well as the scarred womb theme

this is my third time reuploading, i know, but i have to make it clear this mod is NOT compatible with the soundtrack menu. sorry for that, but i would've rather had this up on the workshop without compatibility than go through the effort of making it compatible and possibly messing something up with the files.

fixed up a couple tracks that I thought had strange or incohesive loops; this should fix most every track in the game!
