Fixes:
Bulk crafting only working underwater

Additions:
New experimental DM that allows javelins to be used underwater, albeit with penalties.
Javelin: Range halved, -2 damage
Coral Tipped Javelin: Range halved, -1 damage
Harpoon: No penalties

Fixes:
Costs of modified pretenders reset to their default value.

Additions:
Reanimation, Animate Skeleton, Raise Skeletons, and Horde of Skeletons were replaced underwater with versions that summon Fishbones. While generally weaker than longdead, they are summoned in near double the quantity.
Vessel of the Damned ported from DE - Summons a Longdead Captain and 40 Longdead Buccaneers.
Poison Barbs on monsters wearing Coral Armor lowered from 5 to 3.
Experimental DM included that gives these monsters an additional chance to repel short attacks using their armor.
