Minor Content Additions/Changes/Tweaks
- Added having a recognized, non-insignficant subject and colonial affairs as factors to advance the progressbar for the recognition JE
- New JE for Hungary
- New JE for Romanian nations
- Hafsids now have starting characters
- Added an events file for standalone, non-impactful events to show off differences in Divergences' universe compared to OTL. This will slowly be built up over time
- Moluccas, Borneo, and Sumatra have been added as kingdom-tier formables

History and Map changes
- Restored Balkans to playable state
- Changed laws of multiple nations since they wherent allowed to use them in the first place
- Updated North African pops & Homelands
- Minor update to Siberian homelands
- Pontus and Cilicia have been added as releasables in Anatolia, which can later form Greece and Armenia respectively
- Bugis, Henan, Numidia, Qashqai, Luristan, and Terra D'Oro have been added as releasables
- Moluccas, Borneo, and Sumatra have been added as kingdom-tier formables
- Chinese tags all generally start off with more reactionary laws
- Updated generic flavour text for Indian and Arabic nations to match Divergences' lore
- Japan no longer starts with Slave Trade
- Japan no longer starts losing over $20k at game-start
- Better balanced China; most starting nations have smaller armies and do not lose money
- Greek Nationalism journal entry updated

AI
- Hungarian AI should be more aggresssive
- Romanian nations will now attempt to unite Romania

Bugfixes
- Fixed a bug that allowed the AI to build infinite barracks
- Fixed several bugs related to Laws
- Removed some more vanilla content that is unused in divergences.
- Fixed a bug that prevented you from privatizing your buildings
- Fixed a bug that allowed to impose laws on others as you want
- Major fixes to Mughal events
- Major fixes to all South African content
- Sad/angry/smiley face modifiers on states shouldn't be crashing the game anymore
- Japan's regency JE should now work

- Added minor flavour to Nuweflander; custom government, historical characters, a JE and a few events
- Edited the borders of North African nations bordering the Sahara
- Edited the borders of Burma
- Added a Rum Collapse gamerule - you can now toggle whether or not Rum will collapse or not
- Bastaard and Gues countries are now Catholic, except for Leeuwin
- Minor changes to Leeuwin content
- Minor impassable terrain edits
- If Rum does collapse, the breakaway countries will get claims on their respective, adjacent homelands
- "Pan Arabia" can now also be formed by Sudanese and Maghrebi primary cultures
- Libya can be formed by owning all of Tripoli, Cyrenaica, and the Libyan Desert
- Starting diplomatic play for Aragon to annex Tamurt Idurar
- If a non-Han Chinese country unifies China, they will get the "All Under Heaven" journal entry
- Countries with a China unification journal entry can now peacefully annex Chinese subjects and launch unification plays via scripted buttons
- The progressbar will positively correlate with bureaucracy, government legitmacy, interest group approval, and the research of pan-nationalism
- Failing, meaning the progressbar reaches zero will result in the Blue Turbans revolt
Completing will trigger an event that gives more primary cultures or an assimilation buff
