Nspecial:
Parrying projectile now resets the timer and hopefully goes back upwards

Polish and Balancing
===================
General:
Edited Autocancel frames for aerials

Fspecial:
Hurtbox is bigger during the hitbox frames
Now there is a queue when the cooldown ends
no longer can land cancel start up
Cooldown 35 -> 45
HSP 10 -> 9
BKB 9 -> 8
Can jump cancel on hit unless you got shielded, which will put you into a slight stun

Uspecial:
Made 2 hitboxes on the multihits based where the opponent is
