- removed soft armor from grabbed windows of forward strong
- forward strong's projectile now automatically gets destroyed at the start of the move

- fixed phone down special still teleporting koishi on hit if she isnt in the middle of the attack
- fixed a controller rumble issue that would occur if phone down special was interrupted between hits

- fixed neutral special reflecting new projectiles when used while parried ones are out
- recoded neutral special reflect again to hopefully be more consistent

- fixed a bug where parrying the phone projectile from down special would cause it to not spawn and force koishi into using the phone-out down special
- added parrystun to down special (phone not out)'s projectile and made it get destroyed/not reflect on parry

- decreased neutral special damage per projectile (5 -> 4)
- projectile invulnerability now gets temporarily disabled (for 120f) when neutral special is parried
- fixed neutral special's sinewave motion not changing correctly on parry

- increased up strong endlag (14 -> 15)
