Should have fixed "hidden" mods causing crashes.

Changed how the mod works behind the scenes and hopefully it doesn't break everything. You can now disassemble poison-tipped spears

Fixed disassemble all still only giving a 25% chance of learning mods as if you only disassembled one.

Should have hopefully fixed being able to learn already learned mods if you've closed the game and then started playing again.

Should have fixed a rare null exception error.
