corrected normal map for grass floor

expansion (4x map size, basement in the main house, new house and road, more windows). grass is way less dense than before and brush props were removed.

- added clipping between wall and stairs so you don't get stuck while going upstairs
- all foliage props have flashlight and collision disabled
- trees and bushes don't sway at all now (i don't know how to fix them and if they won't be swaying after i update the map, it's so darn unstable...)
