World Clicker Support:
Changed view punch logic to influence FOV rather than view model position.
Tweaked muzzle position for better world clicker support.
Made arm cannon state machine server side to fix client issues when using a world clicker.
Tweaked super missile and ice spreader trails in order to better match muzzle position.
