Patch Notes:

Alternate Colors
~ Fixed the Seasonal color scheme from not changing properly with the seasons.
(I think in the last update I did which added colors, I accidentally overwrote the code for that. Oops.)
~ Adjusted “Seasonal Summer” seasonal color.
~ Removed the following alternate colors:
~ ~ Hud Color
~ ~ Mii Gunner
~ ~ SSS1 Color 5
~ ~ SSS1 Color 9
(I just didn't really like these 4 colors as a whole and pretty much all these were just added out of necessity for additional alternate colors.)

Jab
- Jab 1 Base Knockback: 5 -> 4.5
- Jab 1 Hitstun Multiplier: 1 -> 0.9
+ Jab 1 can follow up into either Jab 2 or a Tilt 1 frame earlier.
(Changes which prevent this move from being able to jobble.)

Neutral Special (Handhelds)
- Adjusted parry behavior to make Handhelds better home in on Larry when parried from certain angles.
(This should hopefully alleviate parry behavior. This might still not properly track and properly aim 100% of the time in very weird angles but this should be better overall. If this still consistently doesnt home in all the time then idk)

~ The visual effect for the explosion is now drawn behind the Handheld itself, meaning when it’s charged and exploding, you can see it move instead of being covered up by the explosion.

- Added proper parry stun to the traveling hitbox of this move.

General
~ Reverted the intro anim change from the previous patch because Larry would sometimes fall through the ground. Hate it when that happens.
~ Adjusted crouch animation to have smoother blinking.

Down Tilt
+ Damage: 4 -> 6
(This move did so little damage. This should help.)

Up Air
+ Knockback Scaling: .7 -> .75

Forward Strong
+ Endlag: 26 (39) -> 24 (36)
+ Sourspot Base Knockback: 7 -> 7.5

Down Strong
+ Knockback Scaling: 1.05 -> 1.15

Neutral Special (Handhelds)
~ Adjusted overall speed on contact, making it connect better. The momentum of the Handheld now directly mimics the speed and trajectory the opponent goes when hit by the contact hitbox.
~ Bug Fix: Fixed a rare issue where if Larry died while one of his Handhelds was in the pot, it would strangely still be there and cause his Neutral Special to sometimes just not work. I have no idea if this is truly fixed at all, lemme know if this still happens!
~ Added a noticeable visual and sound queue for when Handhelds are about to detonate, allowing for opponents to gauge when they’re about to explode.

Forward Special (Reticle Snipe)
+ Endlag: 35 -> 30
(this move was so damn laggy)

General
~ In Team Battles, the team color outline will now properly show up during Larry’s intro animation when he falls.
(the falling sprite was drawn through pre_draw so it didnt have the team color outline. I should probably fix that on my other characters)

Jab, Up Tilt, Neutral Air, Down Air
~ Adjusted smear frame and smear dissipation frames. Some hitboxes on Neutral Air have also been adjusted to better match the new smear frame.

Up Air
~ Adjusted swipe sound effect.

Taunt
~ Adjusted animation.

Forward Air
+ HSP pushback: -3.65 -> -3.75
+ Maximum Air Speed when being pushed backwards from this move: 7 HSP Max -> 7.125 HSP Max
~ Adjusted hitbox placement on the projectile to more better match the visual.

Neutral Special (Handhelds)
+ Startup: 24 -> 22 (tThis move is literally slower than almost every single projectile option in base cast. I might lower this down to 20 later depending on how I feel, but I feel that shaving off FOUR frames at once in a single patch might be a little too much for now.)
+ Inputting Parry or Jump when charging the move after a certain amount of frames will allow you to cancel the move. This not only allows you to exit the move but also allows you to turn around in the air with it, meaning you can do this move to turn around, then use Forward Air’s momentum to recover. (pressing jump doesn’t mean you completely jump-cancel the move FYI)
~ The directional arrow that appears to show which direction you’re aiming in does not show up now during the initial startup of this move anymore.
(Very minor changes to give this move a little more utility.)

Down Special (Poultry Pot)
+ Bug Fix: Handhelds that were hit by opponent’s attacks can no longer be inserted into the Poultry Pot.

Jab
~ Fixed Larry’s hurtbox on this move being non-existent.

Up Air
+ Knockback Scaling: .6 -> .7

Forward Strong
+Tipper Base Knockback: 7 -> 8
- Tipper Knockback Scaling: 1.25 -> 1.2
(Moreso to differentiate the stats of the tipper and non-tipper hitboxes on this move. The non-tipper only differed knockback-wise by about .35 scaling. This change should help make the knockback between the two hitboxes a lot more noticeable.)

Neutral Special (Handhelds)
+ Throw Hitbox Damage: 2 -> 3

Forward Special (Reticle Snipe)
+ On the Aether Version of Rock Wall, the reticle will not stop prematurely before the side blastzones anymore.
+ Minimum Knockback Scaling: .4 -> .45
+ Maximum Knockback Scaling: .9 -> 1.1
- Minimum Damage: 11 -> 10
- Knockback Scaling and Damage ramp up 7 frames later, meaning doing a tap shot without charging won’t increase the strength of the explosion hitbox anymore..
+ Knockback Scaling and Damage ramp up at a faster rate (increase every 9 frames -> increase every 8 frames).
~ Turning on hitboxes in Training Mode now displays the current strength of the reticle’s hitbox.
(QoL changes to fspecial since looking at the stats of it it was kinda weak unless you sniped someone with this in the blastzone and even then it wouldn’t kill them until like. Very late percents from what i’ve messed around with the character.)

Alternate Colors:
~ Slightly adjusted alternate color order.
~ Removed the “Rainbow” alternate color and replaced it with a new color scheme called “Hope” (As a part of Larry’s inclusion in TAS5: Hopes and Dreams).
~ Removed the “Maroon” alternate color and replaced it with a new color called “Genesis” (As a part of Larry’s inclusion in the Genesis X Classic Workshop roster).

(yes im very stubborn and i am not reading the maroon alt unless i think of more colors to bring his alt counter up to 32 so its a multiple of 4 (not happening anytime soon))

~ Added Rune D: Input TAUNT in midair to perform a fast kick.
(This asset is actually what Forward Air was originally going to be before I scrapped it.)

~ Projectiles are now spawned slightly closer to Larry, preventing scenarios where certain opponents standing right in front of him would just phase through them.
~ Teammates can no longer hit Larry’s Handhelds in Team Battles if Team Attack is turned off.

Forward Special (Reticle Snipe)
+ The endlag of this move can now be canceled with a wall jump 10 frames in.
(Should prevent scenarios where this move is accidentally pressed when recovering and forcing a stock loss.)
~ Adjusted the amount that Larry stalls his momentum in the air when using this move.
+ Reticle acceleration VERY slightly increased.
+ Reticle max speed VERY slightly increased.
- When hitting Larry out of this move and making his reticle disappear, the hitbox for the move should now also disappear.
(Bug fix.)

Up Special (Exhaust Burst)
+ VERY slightly increased the leniency for acceptable angles for entering the second part of this move.

Down Special (Poultry Pot)
~ Teammates can no longer hit Poultry Pot away when initially thrown in Team Battles if Team Attack is turned off.
