Small patch for compat with watcher + fixing some of my broken code (All of my gun mods will be completely broken for a bit as I get around to them)

hotfix to hopefully fix bullets occasionally crashing the game when friendly fire is on and firing at creature of the game type.

Mild update to add a option to disable friendly fire

Update v1.3.1:
- Bullet damage is consistent when not one-shoting slugcat, instead of being random
- Bullets now have blood mod compatibility

Hoxfix to fix remix menu buttons overlaping

- Scavenger are now much better at aiming with guns. This is configurable
