Accidentally replaced Peter with a different character

Oh my god I am so dumb, why is it so easy to do this?

+Up B launch angle changed from 55 to 70, allowing for more consistent kills on top blastzone
+Side B has increased hitstun for both peter and opponent - allowing for a easier combo window
-Peter now loses meter when hit

Just a quick update cause my brother was getting mad about the ultimate. Decided to also buff Up B cause it just no longer kills off the top anymore - probably an update or something. Whatever it now kills off the roof just like before. Also did the side B thing so the timing is easier - before it was "did I get it" and by that time the window to connect was gone. "There was like no way man"

=fixed grab bug

Oh man I am super mad, apparently every single character's grab was automatically set to have "ignore shield" turned off. Meaning I have to waste like a hour reuploading everyone. I swear its like a new thing every update.

=Updated character select screen image so it has clouds and stuff

+Added Universal wave skip mechanic that makes Peter even more epic

+Added Universal shield armor mechanic because I quite frankly don't care for the "shield only works in front of you" thing that all these platform fighters are trying to do. Like I just want to shield but now I have to make sure if I'm facing the right way and its just kinda annoying. I get wanting to have crossups like Dragon Ball Fighters, but I just don't think that works when the characters are jumping all over the place spamming airs. Like come on I know Bowser Up B out of shield is annoying but don't go nerfing the shield, it didn't do anything wrong. Now I could get used to it, but it was a request of my brother who kept getting tired of the backside vulnerability. After testing some methods I found a way to effectively remove it by just appointing super armor while shield is held. And yeah it kinda works, haven't found a bug yet - though time will tell if its this is a sure fix.

= Edd Ed and Eddy sound effects have been made louder

= Two extra respawn voice clips have been added, making 26. They were always included, just never coded in

+ Peter now heals 5% health upon parry, since he's technically drinking something

+ Ultra chicken hitbox size slightly increased to cover chicken's tail

+ Wavedash velocity increased from 5 to 6 cause its very funny

= Up Throw is now longer so peter can properly sing

= Added alot of custom sounds

Like I mean ALOT alot

Like he has 24 unique lines of dialogue every time he re-spawns

Like really I'm not pulling your leg, his file was at 3 MBs and now it shot up all the way to 25

Boy I tell you it was not a picnic to get all the files, took me the later half of two days just to sort through what was useful

And it wasn't even a guarantee that every sound would work

Most of it came from that apple arcade fox animation mario kart thing. It reused alot of what I wanted anyways. Special ones like Road House or Bird is the word I had to seek out

Thankfully Family Guy is one of those things where you can find any single clip on youtube, and with no back ground music everything was a clean rip

I actually timed myself - 16 hours. Thats not 16 hours working on the character, the moveset was already done. That was 16 hours just getting the audio into the character

I did pretty much everyone first, which was a good idea cause it taught me all the ins and outs - Sonic's voicework seems so primitive compared to everything Peter has

Boy I tell ya it really grinds my gears that apparently RNG functions dont work on victory screens or before it does the whole "3 2 1 Go" thing

I had so much planned that it was heartbreaking to see the game refuse to play more then one, but was able to salvage most of it into the re-spawns

The one about the horse was the funniest anyways, so its gets the honor of always being at the start of a match

Just hope all this doesn't impact performance, less I need to tell people on under powered dell laptops that "their computer is not good enough to run Peter Griffin"

Like seriously, you know how many dislikes my stuff gets purely on how it runs. Cause I had the audacity to add after images and effects to my characters so they dont look like something out of Drawn To Life

Its nothing I think too much about since all my stuff is always at the top of the lists, I just wanted to write down this passing thought cause im probably not gonna remember any of this in a few years

Think of it like a time capsule - for me to revisit and as a treat for anyone who cares to read the patch balances for Peter Griffin

Hope you like the character, I like to make them really fast like HDR but my brother wanted them goofy like Brawl Minus - so we compromised. Carbon Swag is what we call it, cause I really like using that one Kirby color from Amazing Mirror.

Fixing issue where a skilled Peter could create a infinite with Down B. The move overall is getting nerfed, but will now become attack cancel-able - allowing it to now serve a new function as extending combos. Final touch is still a big hit, but will now have to actually be at Peter's fingertip.

Now instead of having a big hitbox to avoid missing final touch, Peter can just use an air move as a safe bet if he feels final touch wont connect.

-Down B multihit now only has 1 linear hitbox

-Down B multihit has increased knockback scaling to allow for escapes

-Down B final hitbox size drastically reduced

+Down B multihit can now be attack canceled

+Ultra can now be canceled by pressing special - immediately jumping to its final hit. However it will be far weaker and will inflict 10% damage onto Peter. The window is after the chicken collides with peter, and just before the 3 chimes sound

+Final hit on Ultra's hitbox size drastically increased

+Down B hitbox size increased

+Nair hitstun increased
