PATCH 1.2.1

If the Imperial Province of the Reach was formed, upon reclaiming independence from the Empire and reforming the High Kingdom of Skyrim or High Rock, duchies de jure under the Province of the Reach in the respective region will be drifted back to their original kingdom.

UPDATE 1.1

- Flavorization has been added so Provincial rulers will now use their cultural "High King" title (ie: Aldmeri Provincial rulers will be called "Aran-El/Arana-El").

- Accounted for the Reach empire existing. When forming Imperial Province of Skyrim, High Rock, or Hammerfell, any territories de jure under the Reach will be drifted back to their original province.
