Version 5.0, Ogre Update
- Artifact Refinery II: Adept Crafters now grants +10 Binding Essence and +5 Binding Fragments income (from +10 Binding Essence Income).
- Artifact Refinery III: Master Artisans now grants +15 Binding Essence and +10 Binding Fragments income (from +15 Binding Essence Income).

Version 4.0, Tiger Update
Changed it so that the AI should never build the Artifact Refinery buildings. This should hopefully stop the case where the AI was somehow building the Artifact Refinery as a special province improvement.

  • fix: Fixed a minor issue where the 1st Artifact Refinery building was granting the "Transfer with Throne City ID" property to the city. Likely no real effect on the game since the Artifact Refinery is already being built on the Throne City.

Version 3.1
  • feat: Rebalanced the Artifact Refinery. Now there are 3 Artifact Refinery Buildings and they can only be built in a Throne City.
  • feat: Updated the mod thumbnail and building graphics.

Artifact Refinery I: Novice Crafters - Unlocked at Town Hall II and provides 5 binding essence per turn.
Artifact Refinery II: Adept Crafters - Unlocked at Town Hall III and provides 10 binding essence per turn.
Artifact Refinery III: Master Artisans - Unlocked at Town Hall IV and provides 15 binding essence per turn.

Version 3.0 Update (Total Overhaul)
The mod has been changed entirely. With the new item forge, the old mod behaviour is now redundant.
  • feat: Adds an Artifact Refinery structure that generates binding essence income.
  • deprecate: Removed the old Artifact Emporium mod behaviour which triggered events that let you buy items.

  • fix: Fixed a bug where Tier IV shields were not being sourced and a different/random item type was being sourced instead.

Version 2.0 Update
  • feat: Owning Ancient Wonders now increases the quality of items sourced.
  • feat: The option to source a more specific item type is now always available but with an increased fee.
  • feat: The event NPC now has a 50% chance to be female. Previously the event NPC was always male.
  • fix: Fixed a bug where silent mode (when the story event is disabled) could grant the player a mount. Thematically, the Artifact Emporium only sources items.
