Fixed adding convars for a few more weapon bases

- Moved all random tweaks, fixes and changes to standalone mod:

- Mod now is only the weapon stats changer, no weapon stats are changed by default

- Split ammo convars into ones that change starting ammo and ones that change clip size

- All convars now contain the weapon's default stat
e.g. weapon_ttt_glock_ammosize is now 20 rather than [blank] by default, which should make changing weapon stats easier

- Fixed adding convars for some weapon bases
- Fixed an error when a weapon installed does not use SWEP.Primary

- Fixed disable convars not working with Custom Role's weapon caching
