- taank.wav has been replaced with a new song and is now pitched correctly!

And with that, there are no more immediate bugs that I know of.

- Made Midnight Ride and One Bad Man louder

- Attempting to patch One Bad Tank pitch error, changed bit rate to 1411 kbps

Update: One Bad Tank now is at the correct pitch.

- Boondocks Outro being pitched down should be fixed
- Trying to fix finale taank music being pitched down, let's see if this patch works.

Update from about a minute later: Outro music is not at correct pitch, I don't know why.
