Major Update

Hotfix, disabling dynamic coat of arms, since the vanilla coat of arms are apparently randomised rather than scripted, which is a prerequisite for dynamic coat of arms.

Added a version number in the thumbnail, literally nothing else.

Adds:

*One new finno-ugric faith (Taaranusko, for the funny Osilians)
*Six new cultures (Livonians, Vendians, Osilians, Ugandians, Curonians & Semgalians)
*Three new duchies (Semgalia, Ösel-Wiek, Dorpat)

New Counties:

*Riga, consisting of Riga and Jurmala
*Venden, consisting of Venden and Lielvarde
*Vendava, consisting of Piltene and Bandava
*Daugava, consisting of Daugavpils, Rezekne and Drysa
*Vilnius, consisting of Vilnius and Kreva


Changes:

*Estonian cultural traditions
*Latgalian ethos and cultural traditions
*Old Saxon heritage and language

*Palanga (barony) is now part of Grobina (county)
*Palanga's other baronies are now part of Telse (county)
*Birzai (barony), formerly part of Siauliai (county) is now part of Selija (county)
*Izborsk (barony), formerly part of Pskov (county) is now part of Aluksne (county)


Starting Condition Changes:

*Latgalia exists (held by Jersika)
*Semgalia exists (held by Zemigalians)
*Livonia is now significantly smaller

*Latgalia snatched Aluksne and Koknese from Livonia
*Estonia snatched Sakala and Saaremaa [867] from Livonia
*Lithuania snatched Trakai from Samogitia (nicer borders)

*[867] Curonia is now allied with Saaremaa instead of being allied with Jersika
*[867] Draguns now holds Aluksne as a vassal of Jersika/Latgalia rather than being a courtier
*[1066] Curonia is now the liege of Saaremaa (since I'm too lazy to properly make them allies)
