- Fixed the walk, run, and run turn animations alignment, and changed run turn. Joe no longer appears to squish like paper.

- Meter gain rate increased from 2 to 3.

- Joe no longer starts with one slot of meter due to the increase making it much easier to get your first slow mo.

- Fixed an issue causing slow-mo to last indefinitely.

- Joe now starts with one bar of his meter at the start of a match. This change was made because his meter build up is slow.

- Slow-Mo visual effects increased slightly to emphasize the effect
