Fspecial (Torpedo Flop):
~ Base hitpause of lucky version (early hit) when hitting an opponent in the back: 12 -> 14
~ Base hitpause of lucky version (late hit) when hitting an opponent in the back: 10 -> 12
~ Kotsuzumi SFX that plays when hitting an opponent in the back made louder.
~ Opponents now shake violently when hit in the back by the lucky version of this move.
~ Fixed a bug where hitting an opponent from the back with the lucky version of this move while they were attacking would cause them to turn to face towards you.

Extra visual effects and feedback on back hits from the lucky version to make it more obvious that it is a mechanic that exists on this move.

~ Fixed a bug where Yuuko would shout "Donyoku" during her intro when using her manga alt. I think this has been here since Vortex and nobody noticed. literally why
~ Fixed an oversight in which the sprites for down taunt would not recolor correctly with the Manga alt.
~ Attempted to fix Ustrong Weenie desyncs. Again. Hopefully. Please god
~ Reduced filesize.

Utilt:
+ Hitbox extended inward slightly.

Dair:
+ Can now be walljump cancelled.
- Airdodge / jump cancel now occurs later in the move: frame 24 -> frame 35 (37 on whiff), or 4 (6) frames into the endlag window.

Nspecial:
~ Fixed an oversight where Nspecial 2 (the chopsticks) would be safe on parry.

Fspecial:
~ Lucky version (early hit) base hitpause 9 -> 10.
~ Lucky version (late hit) base hitpause 8 -> 9.
~ Tweaked animation for readability purposes.
- When Yuuko hits a wall during the active portion of this move, she now gets stuck in a new animation where she is completely inactionable until she pulls her head out.
- Hitboxes shrunk to be negatively disjointed. This should make the move a little less frustrating to contest directly.
