Just fixed for Persia content today.
1. Laxxed conditions for getting the Anglo-Russian convention signed.
2. Made it possibly to be the Qajar empire and still complete historical journal entries.
3. D'Arcy oil concession didn't always trigger because of Britain AI, now they will so you can get Anglo-Persian oil company.
