removed countries file, as it was redundant and caused unecessary conflicts with other mods, and vanilla files.

After some issues with making the market access work for the new states. I had to revert the files back to version 1.3 until the problem is resolved.


Development is still ongoing, but the new states will have to be pushed back some time.
