- code optimization: reduced mod size by removing copy of same images and codes
- add unit cap system to reduce spam (build headquarters for increas max unit limit)
- change food system from global to local like the ammo system

- now snipers can shoot without get discovered every 20sec when ambushed

- changed projectile damage of tank and cannons
- add penetration value in tank description
- cannons and machineguns can now entrench
- increased machinegun damage from 12 to 20
- +500hp, fogOfWarRange*2, +500$ price to pillbox and bunker
- add a button to enable/disable bombs drop from bomber
- pillbox and bunker are now capturable
- removed decoration buildings spawn at start
- tank ranking improve faster now
- tankman can now slow repair tank
- add possibility to start without command center for custom battles

- now transport airplanes can only carry infantry and light vehicles
- reduce command center hp from 10000 to 8000 ande reduced self repair speed by 50%
- increased size of airfield and reduced his airplanes slots to 8
- soldiers can now shoot from house windows
- increased cost of ammo factory from 3000 to 5000
- reduced ammo in supply trucks when created from 400 to 200 (to force use of ammo factory)
- made railways longer and added ballast under them
- add some guy effect to engineers and repair units
- fixed baloon barrage graphic bug
- fixed B17 shadow offset bug when landing
