- Tome of Tides now should count as Nature tome instead.
- Adjacency bonuses for Province Improvements should now stack correctly.
- Province Improvements now specify which type they count as.

Fixed Seelie's Melody of Youth targeting enemies instead of allies.
Potential fix for the localisation issues people is having of their language being overriten.
