Fixed bug where all of the divorce functionality was removed

- Added a large health bonus to canon parents until the canon children are born, making it way more likely for characters like Jon Arryn to actually survive until the birth year
- Canon marriages can not be broken by the AI, so the low fertility modifier will not affect marriages anymore
- Margaery now uses DNA from the Crowned Stag bookmark
- Shireen and Robert Arryn now use the (unfinished) DNA from the source files
- Removed some of Robert Arryn's health penalties to not have him die at birth

- DNA for Baratheon/Lannister family: Joffrey, Myrcella, Tommen
- Margaery spawns again
- Disabled random congenital traits for new characters
- Robb has his new appearance in the Crowned Stag bookmark
- Robb now has a beard

Fixed Sansa's trait bug and temporarily removed Shireen's Greyscale to prevent her from dying early
