Added Mod Config Menu Support
Now number values show if any player have spider mod.
This can be togled on ModConfig.
Shield and pulse toggles are independant.
You can change how long the pulse is shown after you press the drop button. (15 by default)

Non lethal dmg and self dmg will not get parried unless lethal, except cursed rooms

Nerfed shield granted on key use, buffed the shield you get when using locked heart with more shield than what extra dmg will do to you in the current floor.

TLDR: Starting to womb and deeper, you get the old 15 on key used, and else ge 7.5. Keeping charges uo is more easy.
