Conflux summoning was a little too good for value, now summons less elementals. Hoburg Manufactory ritual now requires an engineer general to cast.

More misc balance changes. Notably, Maharaja can now use enlighten humans at towns in addition to cities. Fix for the Kobold Deep/Forest dragon rituals to prevent multiple dragons being able to be summoned at one location when dragons wander to other tiles.

Pretty much a re-work of Senator's content. A bug-fix for the old battlefield event so they won't respawn on the same terrain if used for a ritual. Added Raise Legion to Markgraf rituals. Added a minimal distance between new temple cities for the Priest King.

Balance adjustments for Senator Fabled Hero. Most rituals have been reduced in cost, and labyrinth ritual now awards a cache of gold instead of a magic item.

Priest King update - A new tier 3 ritual has been added using slaves as a resource. Founds a new temple city + a bless effect at an Old Battlefield. Event that creates Old battlefields is now limited to strictly human corpses since they were appearing too frequently in games with kobolds/hoburgs. Other small misc updates to AI hints.

Barbarian update - new ritual that can build additional warcamps on the ruins of cities/towns + summon a small army of units led by a commander. Some of the units summoned may unlock new mercenary recruitment offers.
