- All ship component icons have been redone in a proper DDS format, meaning that for those who may have noticed the blurry icons in the ship designer when using UI overhaul dynamic (which I assume is everyone), that has now been corrected

- Fixed the crash caused by selecting any of the color selector edicts and trying to re-open the leadership council interface page

- Updated to Stellaris 3.8

New Content:

- Added options and assets for Yellow Colored Turbolaser / Laser bolts
- Added a new weapon, Proton Bombs, an extremely short range S-slot explosive weapon with a very high damage yield but also a very high reload time
- These new Proton Bombs are unlocked by the Proton Torpedo technologies, and due to this, all localisation related to these technologies has been tweaked to "Proton Weapons" instead
- Added 5 species traits corresponding to each of the different colored bolts available in this mod which for right now, is how people can allow custom ai empires to use these weapons. These traits will never be used randomly by ai empires and must be applied in the empire creation screen

Minor Fixes:

- Fixed the medium ballistic entity for the purple Turbolaser incorrectly using green bolts
- Since there is now a way to give ai empires access to these weapons, the usage weight for ion-cannons (and also the new proton bombs) has been set to 0 since the ai is too dumb to know how to use them

- Fixed the component key for the Purple Tier-1 Turbolaser causing it to have incorrect localisation. Please note that if this specific weapon component was being used in an ongoing game they will disappear and need to be re-equipped to your ships when the save is loaded (but it should not require a new savegame)

- Removed all shield penetration from all Ion-Cannon, Ultraheavy Ion-Cannon, and Ion-Pulse Missile components (They should now properly do the shield damage they are supposed to instead of just erroneously "passing through" shields)
- Removed all shield and armor penetration from all Superlaser components
- Halved the alloy cost and ship power consumption of the Astromech Bay so that it is actually a cheaper alternative than the Regenerative Tissue
