Fixed a region name not being correct, changed the name of a region, and made it so the mod no longer forces itself to load last (this means it now needs to be manually changed to load after the mods that it replaces a name in) :3

Changed a missing region's name and changed some other region's names to be better :3

Mod should now override MSC regions better

Removed dependencies so people without Downpour can use it :3
