A few bug fixes:
Bazooka can now penetrate Italian Light vehicles
DAK half-tracks can now take damage from hmg's (like all other half-tracks in game)
Italian AT gun tweaked to be more like other AT guns in some respects as far as reinforcement and retreat

Italian Infantry Battlegroup tweaks:

-Bersagleiri now have Breda 30 lmg upgrade option
-Cannone Contracarro da 75/32 M37 AT Gun moved from T3 to T2
-All AT nade abilities are now free for Italians
-Fixed all Italian vehicle smoke canisters
-Fixed some icons for some Italian units
27th Infantry Division Changes:
-T3 choice of "Free AT nades" has been replaced with "Emergency Reinforcements (x2 Marder III Ausf M)" ---> Two Marder III's are built instantaneously for 600mp/110fuel
32nd Armored Division Changes:
-T2 choice of "Towed Pak 36 AT Gun" has been replaced by "Command M13/40 Light Tank" ----> Command tank has both vehicle and infantry auras along with improved vision
-T3 choice of "Emergency Reinforcements (x2 Panzer IV F2)" has had it's build time removed. Will be instantaneous now.

Ballistic changes across all factions:
37mm increased from 71 to 150
40mm(2pdr) increased from 104 to 250
50mm increased from 218 to 325

88mm still is around 800 damage

- All Faction's mines have been tweaked. US M2 Anti-infantry mines and Wehrmacht Schu-mines now will now only be triggered by infantry. They will explode when squad is closer to center on the mine to kill more in the squad. Max of 4 squad members can be killed by these anti-infantry mines. M6 anti-tank mines and Teller AT mines will now only be triggered by vehicles and will cause heavy engine damage(critical) to tanks.
- Wehrmacht Pioneers now get the minesweeper tool with upgrade. (bugfix)
- Pak 38 50mm AT gun added to Tier 2 of Wehrmacht. (Luftwaffe excluded). Pak 38 has APCR ability at Vet 1. Max Pen at 100m: 73mm; Max Pen at 1000m: 51mm. APCR Max Pen at 100m: 109mm; Max Pen at 1000m: 82mm.
- US Grasshopper Recon plane is no longer invincible. (bugfix)
- All 20mm weapons have been buffed against infantry.
- Officer withdraw ability no longer requires to be in HQ territory
- All Faction's Halftracks have had their rotation rate and acceleration increased considerably. There should be a noticeable improvement in their pathfinding and movement.
- US AI airstrikes have been tweaked more to make them less frequent and early.(still a WIP)
- Wehrmacht hmg squad price reduced from 360mp 50 mun to 300mp 50 mun. Build time and reinforce time have been dropped to be in line with other faction's hmg squads.

US Special Operations Battlegroup changes:

Battlegroup Options:
Combat Support
1L: Raiding Flares - Fires recon flares into the target area, providing vision, revealing camouflaged enemies and improving the accuracy of friendly infantry in the area.
1R: Smoke Screen - Fires an off map smoke barrage at the target area that blocks vision.
2L: Mark Vehicle - A plane will mark a hostile vehicle increasing its vulnerability to incoming fire and provide vision. Can reveal camouflaged units.
2R: P-47 Strafing Runs - Designates a dual strafing run over the target area. Extremely effective against infantry.
3L: M4(105) Sherman Bulldozer
3R: M8 Scott SPG

Combat Operations
1L: First Special Service Force
1R: National Liberation Committee (Comitato di Liberazione Nazionale)
2: Air Re-supply Operation - Paradrops an M1 57mm anti-tank gun, M1919 machine gun and a fuel crate to the target area. (cost = 250 munitions)
3L: Assault Operation - Globally increases infantry capture and decapture speeds while making them harder to hit when active.
3R: White Phosphorus Barrage - Fires an off map white phosphorus barrage at the target area. Smoke clouds continuously damage infantry and blocks vision.


First Special Service Force:

Tier 1 units are replaced by the following:
SSF Commando Squad (300mp): Loadout: x6 M1 Garand rifles and grenades. Upgrades : x2 M1941 "Johnson" lmgs; WP grenades
SSF Captured MG-34 Machine Gun Team
Medical Jeep: Can heal, reinforce troops, and be used as a retreat point.
SSF Demolition Squad (360mp): Loadout: x4 Thompson smgs, x2 Flamethrowers, satchel charges, triggered demotion charges and grenades. Upgrades : WP grenades
SSF Cammand Squad (400mp): Loadout: x3 Thompson smgs, x2 Mp-40s, x1 StG-44, grenades and captured Panzershreck ability. Upgrades : WP grenades

Tier Upgrade Choices:

T0 options: (1) M29 Weasel Recon Vehicle (Armed support transport vehicle that can capture territory and perform recon duties with extended sight) OR (2) M29 Weasel Resupply Vehicle (Unarmed support transport vehicle that can deploy unmanned heavy machine guns and mortars)
T1 options: (1) Captured LG40 AT Gun Team OR (2) SSF Recon Squad (SSF Recon Squads can radio in off map 105mm Artillery Barrage on the target location. Loadout: x1 M1903 Springfield rifle \n x1 Garand Rifle)
T2 options: (1) SSF Commando Squad Camouflage(SSF Commando Squads can toggle camouflage. Unit is invisible to enemies unless they get too close. Reduced movement speed and sight while active) OR (2) SSF Commando Squad Quick March (SSF Commando squad speed is permanently increased)
T3 options: (1) SSF Commando Squad M9 Bazooka Package (SSF Commando Squad is upgraded with two bazookas. M1941 upgrade is now free and can switch between two M9 bazookas or two M1941 light machine guns) OR (2) Emergency Combat Group (Deploys two M18 Hellcat Tank Destroyers, and an SSF Commando Squad)

National Liberation Committee (Comitato di Liberazione Nazionale):

Tier 0 has an additional squad:
OSS Italian Operational Group: Loadout: x2 M3 Grease Guns, x1 Thompson submachine gun and grenades. Has a toggle Camouflage that reduces movement and sight. This squad is the only unit that can either:
1.Convert any ambient building into a Partisan Safehouse
2.Build a Partisan Safehouse

Safehouse can heal, reinforce troops, allow for weapon upgrades and serve as a retreat point. Ambient building conversion takes 30s and costs 250mp. Buildable Safehouse costs 250mp and 50 munitions (like all other FHQs)

-Resistance Fighter Squad (225mp): Loadout: x5 M1891 Carcano rifles, molotov cocktail, and Type-l AT Grenade. Upgrades: (x1 Breda Model 30 Light Machine Gun, or x3 Moschetto Automatico Beretta 38)
-Resistance Fighters Saboteur Squad (240mp): Loadout: x4 M1891 Carcano rifles, territory point boobytraps, triggered demo charges, anti-infantry mines, and AT- mines
-Resistance Fighters Marksmen Team (310): Loadout: x1 scoped SMLE rifle, x1 M1891 Carcano rifle

All Partisan squads have the toggle camouflage ability. Speed and vision is reduced 50% while active, and get a first strike bonus when attacking out of cover. +25% damage, +50% accuracy


CLN Tier Upgrade Choices:

T0 options: (1) OSS Artillery Radio Beacon (OSS Italian Operational Group can build Artillery Radio Beacons that automatically barrages nearby enemy infantry or team weapons in the area once every 45 seconds. Max of 2 at a time) OR (2) OSS Recon Radio Beacon (OSS Italian Operational Group can build Recon Radio Beacons that reveal nearby enemy units on the minimap. Max of 3 at a time)
T1 options: (1) Partisan Weapon Upgrades Cost Reduced(Partisan weapon upgrades are 50% cheaper to purchase. Saboteur explosive abilities are also 50% cheaper to use) OR (2) Stolen Weapons (Partisans gain access to stolen German weapons. Resistance Fighter Squad can purchase a RPzB 54 Panzerschreck and Saboteur Squad can purchase StG 44s)
T2 options: (1) Spy Network Partisans convince civilians to provide additional line of sight around ambient buildings. Click on a neutral building to gain 50m of sight around it for 30s) OR (2) Sector Subterfuge Beacon (Siphons 75% of resources from territory resource points and grants the stolen resources to the beacon's owner. Slows the capture and decapture rate of enemy squads by 67%. \n Can be placed by OSS Italian Operational Group or Saboteur Squad)
T3 options: (1) Partisan Squad Recruitment (More civilians are joining the Resistance. All newly built Partisan squads will get an extra member for free) OR (2) Partisan Extra Weapon (Partisan weapon upgrades will now have an additional weapon added at no cost)

Other changes in this patch:
US AI bombing airstrikes now require Tank Hall to be built
DAK Semovente da 75/18 Assault Gun now has HEAT Round ability. Requires upgrade for 50 mun. Ability is targeted, free to fire and recharge is 10s. Max Pen = 100mm
Wehrmacht Panzer IV F1 from Mechanzied Battlegroup now has HEAT Round ability. Requires upgrade for 50 mun. Ability is targeted, free to fire and recharge is 10s. Max Pen = 90mm

US Airborne changes

Battlegroup Options:
Aerial Support
1L: WC 51 Recon - Armed with 30 cal, the jeep can capture points and use bino ability to give vision>
1R: Grasshopper Recon - High altitude aircraft that can spot enemies in the FOW and reveal their locations on the minimap. Cab be upgraded to Line of Sight Recon run through the base's Air Support Center
2L: Supply Drop -Paradrops two Munitions and two Medical Supply Crates to the target location that can be retrieved by infantry.
2R: Paradrop Reinforcements - Designates an area that automatically reinforces infantry squads and team weapons from the air. (Cost is 50 fuel)
3L: P-47 Strafe and Rocket Strikes - Gain access to P47 smoke run, strafe run and rocket strikes
3R: Bombing Runs - Unlocks P-47 Dive Bomb and B-25 Carpet Bombing abilities.

Paradropped Infantry
1L: 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment
1R: 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment
2: Forward Headquarters - Can heal, reinforce, and spawn infantry and team weapons.
3: 82nd Parachute AT Squad Paradrop - Paradrop squad with x3 Bazookas and x2 Carbines

T0 options: (1) x6 M3 Grease Gun Upgrade (upgrade option for Engineers) OR (2) x2 Flamethrowers (upgrade option for Engineers)
T1 options: (1) Paradrop Deployment Cost Reduction (all paradropped infantry cost 25% less) OR (2) Rapid Deployment (all paradropped infantry recharge timers reduced from 2min to 0)
T2 options: (1) Grenade Assault (for 82nd paratroopers) OR (2) Satchel Charges (for 82nd paratroopers)
T3 options: (1) Improved Grenade Ability Recharge (grenade ability cooldown reduced by 50%) OR (2) Improved Physical Fitness (All infantry sprint cooldown time is reduced from 40s to 10s.)

505th PIR options(defensive):

T0 options: (1) Cost Reduced Fighting Positions (Fighting positions and the hmg upgrade cost 50% less) OR (2) Increased Construction Speed (Construction time for defenses, emplacements and structures is reduced by 50%)
T1 options: (1) 505th PIR Radio Beacons (505 PIR Rifleman Squads can build Recon Beacons that reveals nearby enemy units on the minimap. Max of 3 at a time) OR Infantry Promotion (The Colonel can promote infantry, increasing the squad's level of Veterancy)
T2 options: (1) M3 75 mm Gun Motor Carriage (replaces Greyhound) OR Unrestricted M1 Pack Howitzer Teams (cap limit is removed)
T3 options: (1) Weapon Crate Drop (82nd Parachute Infantry Squad will have the ability to radio in Paradropped Weapon Crate at target location. Contains two random weapons. Weapon Crates can have Bazookas, Flamethrowers, M1918 Automatic Rifles, or M1919 Light Machine Guns) OR (2) Dig In! (82nd Parachute Infantry Squad improves combat effectiveness around heavy cover)

At Tier 0, players can paradrop 82nd Engineers.
At Tier 1, players can paradrop 82nd Infantry squad and 82nd HMG squad
At Tier 2 and tech tree unlock, players can paradrop 82nd AT squad.

Build menu for Barracks will have either 504 PIR or 505 PIR infantry squad depending on which regiment you pick from tech tree.
504 loadout: x6 Carbines, nades, smoke nades, breech, and upgrade options are BAR x2 or Thompsons x6
505 loadout: x6 Garands, nades, build menu for sandbag walls, and upgrade options are x2 30 cal lmgs (one at a time)

1: Salvage Kits - Enables Pioneers to use the Rapid Salvage on vehicle wrecks that grants fuel on completion.
2L: Breakthrough - Infantry can quickly capture and decapture territory when active.
2R: Command Bunker Forward Headquarters - Pioneers can construct FHQ that can spawn infantry and team weapons. Will also act as a medic bunker.
3L: Raiding Flares - Fires recon flares into the target area, providing vision and improving the accuracy of friendly infantry in the area.
3R: Emergency Supplies - Gain 300 manpower and 80 munitions at the cost of 100 fuel.

Armored Offensive
1L: 5. Gebirgsjäger Division
1R: 3. Panzergrenadier Division
2: Blitzkrieg - Globally increases vehicle speed, rate of fire, and vehicles are harder to hit when active.
3L: Camouflage Netting - Equips camouflage netting. When stationary and not in combat, camouflaged vehicles cannot be seen by the enemy. Camouflaged units can be detected at close range.
3R: Rapid Production - Reduces the build time of all fighting vehicles by 50%.


5th Gebirgsjäger Division options:

T0 options: (1) Increased Construction Speed (x2 build speed for Pioneertrupp) OR (2) Kradschützen Motorcycle Team
T1 options: (1) le.IG 18 Support Gun Team (replaces 81mm mortar team) OR (2) Infantry Camouflage (All infantry squads and hmg teams gain Camouflage while stationary, in cover, and not in combat.)
T2 options: (1) Geb. Panzerjägertrupp (AT squad with x3 panzerschrecks) OR (2) Marder III Ausf. M Cost Reduction (25% cheaper to produce)
T3 options: (1) GebH. 40 10.5cm (can auto fire) OR (2) SdKfz 164 8.8cm Pak 43/1 "Nashorn"

3rd Panzergrenadier Division options:

T0 options: (1) Medic Squad OR (2) GrB 39 Grenade Launcher (upgrade for Pios)
T1 options: (1) Weapon Assault Package (assault greande ability added and additional lmg42 upgrade is available) OR (2) Panzergrenadiertrupp Bolster Increases the squad size of all newly built Panzergrenadiertrupp Squads by 1.)
T2 options: (1) Nebelwerfer 42 Rocket Launcher Team OR (2) 120mm Heavy Mortar Team (replaces 81mm mortar)
T3 options: (1) StuG Ausf. G Cost Reduction (StuG's are 25% cheaper to produce.) OR (2) Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger

Tier 0 and Tier 1 will have a different roster of troops depending on which Division is chosen.
